Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to own the day-to-day global compensation programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll drive benchmarking, job architecture, and data-driven pay decisions, partnering with HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure equity and compliance.

You’ll lead system configuration, annual market pricing, and incentive programs while leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and data integrity across compensation processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation cycles and management systems (Pave/Oracle HCM) and survey tools (Radford/Mercer).
• Knowledge of benchmarking, job leveling, salary structures, and market pricing.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets and BI/AI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of compensation cycles and approvals.
• Configure and govern compensation systems, including survey reporting and benchmarking.
• Run annual market benchmarking, data validation, and market pricing for roles.
• Assist with stock plan administration for equity awards.
• Recommend updates to salary structures, targets, and equity guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and managers on offers and promotions.
• Own global pay reporting and compliance across geographies.
• Lead ad hoc analyses on incentive and equity programs.
• Use AI and automation to improve processes and data integrity.
• Provide compensation training and communications.
