Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to define and own the global collaboration strategy across the organization. You will lead a multinational team of engineers, SMEs, and partners to deliver platform excellence on MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, and AV technologies.

Qualifications

Job description

Define and own the global collaboration strategy and standards across FLBG
Lead a high-performing global organization of engineers, subject matter experts, and strategic partners
Drive platform excellence across Microsoft 365, Teams collaboration and telephony, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, AV, and meeting room technologies
Accelerate adoption through user enablement, automation, and self-service
Ensure service reliability, security, and compliance in highly regulated GxP environments
Provide data-driven insights, executive dashboards, and continuous improvement
Establish global standards for Microsoft 365, AV/meeting room platforms, telephony, external collaboration, and file sharing governance
Build and govern operating models aligned with ITIL, GxP, and corporate policies
Define KPIs, SLAs, and service maturity models; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
Define capability roadmaps and organizational structures; build a high-performance, service-oriented culture
Act as senior escalation point for collaboration services
Drive cross-functional alignment across BT&DS, Service Desk, IAM, Security, and Infrastructure
Own global architecture and govern platform configuration, lifecycle, and adoption
Define standards for workspace governance, Teams lifecycle and permissions, external sharing, telephony, and AV room design
Drive automation, self-service, and user enablement
Ensure high availability and performance of collaboration services
Define and track user experience metrics, including adoption, CSAT, call quality, and usage
Lead global adoption and enablement programs; partner with Service Desk to improve supportability and reduce tickets
Drive proactive problem management and continuous improvement
Govern external sharing policies, data protection and retention, and Azure Entra identity integration
Collaborate with Cybersecurity on conditional access and related controls
Ensure audit readiness for collaboration services
Own vendor strategy and manage budgets and cost optimization initiatives
Drive continuous improvement through analytics and automation
Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Workplace, or Collaboration services
5+ years in global leadership roles (direct or matrix leadership)
Proven experience owning global platforms/services (M365, Collaboration, AV, Telephony)
Experience in highly regulated environments (GxP)
Strong understanding of service ownership, governance, and operating models
Deep conceptual understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Teams and telephony, SharePoint, OneDrive and file services, AV/meeting room technologies, mobility, and endpoint integration
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange
Experience with Teams telephony and collaboration governance
Experience with AV/meeting room ecosystems and standards
Experience with identity integration using Azure Entra
High-level understanding of automation and API-driven platforms
Strong ITIL knowledge, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Design
Experience defining SLAs, KPIs, and service models
Experience with global service delivery and support integration
Experience working in GxP/GAMP environments
Understanding of validation, audits, and risk management
Strong stakeholder management, leadership presence, and communication skills
Ability to operate in complex, global environments
