Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and workbook management under the CAT framework. You will coordinate Investigators’ Meetings, ensure timely completion of training materials, manage licenses and regulatory authorizations, and provide data for final study reports.

Domestic and international travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to the Sponsor and study team.
  • Develop study‑specific rater training web portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
  • Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; attend meetings as needed.
  • Organize timely editing and formatting of didactic training presentations.
  • Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and sponsor approvals.
  • Oversee data surveillance methodology maintenance and prepare reports for teams.
  • Provide CAT data to ensure final study report completeness.
  • Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
  • Consult on rater training and data surveillance plans per sponsor/protocol.
  • May develop and present at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings.
  • Coordinate with Operations Director to meet budgetary demands.
  • Manage Operations staff as assigned.
