Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Operations Manager in the United States to oversee rater selection, qualification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and workbook/document management for CAT studies. You will lead a team, ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance, collaborate with Sponsor and study teams, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
  • 2–4 years in clinical trials.
  • 2+ years leading a team or demonstrated leadership.
  • Solid knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
  • Develop study-specific rater training web portals and ensure readiness per timelines.
  • Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend.
  • Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
  • Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
  • Maintain data surveillance methodology and provide reports to the study team and Sponsor.
  • Provide CAT data for the Final Study Report.
  • Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
  • Consult on rater training and data surveillance plans per sponsor/protocol.
  • May present at Sponsor Kick-Off meetings regarding CAT operations.
  • Manage study budgetary demands with the Worldwide Clinical Trials team.
  • Supervise Operations staff as assigned.
