Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational work related to rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance maintenance, and workbook management for CAT studies. You will ensure projects run on time and in compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least 2 years leading a team or strong leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rater experience qualification documents and report results.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness.
• Manage logistics for Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Track and reconcile source documentation and provide reports to the study team.
• Prepare data for CAT Final Study Report.
• Archive all CAT study documents.
• Advise on rater training and data surveillance plans.
• Present at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings as needed.
• Support study budget discussions with the Operations Director and study team.
• Supervise Operations staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required.
