King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to join our team across multiple offices in the United States. The role involves coordinating interview schedules for lateral partner candidates, managing travel logistics, and ensuring a smooth interview process for domestic and international candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates multiple candidate interview schedules weekly; anticipates partners' needs and adjusts as needed.
• Coordinates virtual interviews by Microsoft Teams; ensures interviews start, run, and end smoothly.
• Prepares and sends pre-interview materials; updates and maintains candidate materials.
• Sends interview evaluation forms to internal partners and follows up based on requests.
• Coordinates candidate travel via Travel Department and catering for in-person interviews.
• Coordinates with Lateral Partner Recruiting Directors during candidate visits; greets candidates as needed.
• Works with domestic and international offices.
• Maintains lateral partner tracking sheets and candidate data; generates reports.
• Ensures candidates are entered into Lawcruit; collaborates with search firms as needed.
• Processes expense reimbursements and invoices in Chrome River.
• Standard work week hours through 6pm ET or 7pm ET as needed.
• Performs additional duties as requested.
