The role emphasizes GDP compliance, regulatory alignment with FDA/EU standards, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional proofreading experience in regulated industries (medical devices/pharma).
• Experience with GDP, QMS, and regulatory alignment within labeling environments.

Responsabilités

• Verify artwork and documentation for accuracy and alignment with source data.
• Ensure GDP compliance and audit-ready records in QMS systems.
• Collaborate with labeling engineers and regulatory affairs to resolve packaging issues.
• Proofread labeling, symbols (ISO 15223), and multi-language inserts for zero defects.
