Cardinal Health is seeking a Proofreader – Global Labeling to ensure 100% accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment for medical device labeling and packaging graphics. You will review artwork, IFUs, labels, and multi-language inserts, comparing text to proofs and guiding designers to correct errors.

The role requires 2+ years of regulated packaging proofreading, GDP familiarity, and QMS documentation. Proficiency with Acrobat, PDF tools, and PLM systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, technical writing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years proofreading in regulated packaging/medical device environment preferred.
• Experience with GDP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) required.
• Strong familiarity with labeling and PLM software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Verify artwork and documentation for packaging graphics and labels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit-ready records in QMS.
• Collaborate with labeling engineers, regulatory affairs, and engineering liaison.
• Proofread labels, IFUs, and multi-language inserts for accuracy.
• Support updates to comply with FDA/EU regulations and change control.
