Job summary

Embla Medical is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with global and regional stakeholders to identify development needs and implement scalable learning solutions.

You will co-design learning experiences with SMEs, create comprehensive training materials, and support delivery across clinics and distributed teams. The role emphasizes adult learning principles, measurable outcomes, and practical application in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, SMEs to identify development needs and priorities.
• Design training using structured instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Create and maintain learning assets across clinics and teams.
• Translate business needs into practical training resources adopted in the field.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with ForMotion leaders and SMEs to identify development needs.
• Co-design learning solutions with SMEs using structured instructional design practices.
• Develop training plans with clear objectives, audience, modality and measurement approach.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, slides, job aids, and microlearning materials.
• Facilitate sessions and provide delivery support to ensure adoption and impact.
