Job summary

Atrium, a leading firm, seeks a Manager of Learning & Development in Plainview, New York. You will design and execute a global L&D strategy, building onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling programs to accelerate growth.

You will lead a team of instructional designers, oversee LMS and digital learning ecosystems, and establish dashboards to track participation, capability development, and ROI. You must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in L&D, talent management, or organizational development.
• 3+ years leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and LMS.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global L&D strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling programs.
• Oversee learning tech strategy including LMS and AI-powered tools.
• Establish learning measurement frameworks and ROI dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address talent priorities.
• Recruit and develop instructional designers and learning professionals.
• Monitor workforce trends and translate insights into strategy.
• Shape succession planning and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorization requirements.
