Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York is seeking a Manager, People Development, Custom Learning and Design, to guide innovative learning for Attorneys and BSPs across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The role is based in our New York office with a hybrid schedule.

You will design, build and implement self-study and technology-enabled learning solutions, lead content development from needs to rollout, and align programs with the Firm’s L&D strategy while driving

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning and development within professional services.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience designing and delivering attorney-focused learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of professional skills workshops for attorneys and BSPs.
• Collaborate with L&D, People Strategy, and IT to align curricula with strategy.
• Measure program impact using KPIs and ROI and report to stakeholders.
