Merck seeks an Associate Director in Global Learning & Development within the Oncology Business Unit to translate business goals into learning strategies and outcomes. You will oversee design and delivery through a network of internal and external colleagues, building sponsorship and partnerships with HR and business leaders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Combination of experience in facilitating / delivering learning solutions, sales and/or relevant pharmaceutical/oncology experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Oncology Business Leaders.
- Align leaders on implications of decisions for learning and sustainable business results.
- Develop depth of business understanding to maximize impact on outcomes.
- Determine learning strategies based on needs and gaps to meet business requirements.
