Qualifications

• Requires MS/MLIS/MLS or PhD in science-related fields or equivalent Knowledge Management education.
• Minimum eight years in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences knowledge management.
• Extensive leadership experience in global organizations with stakeholder influence.
• Strong understanding of data standards, governance, and information management.
• Experience with research databases, APIs, and vendor management.
• Fluency in English for professional, scientific communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations of a global knowledge management and insights service across the CSL Group.
• Contribute to data standards and governance program development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and personnel for the GKM team.
• Oversee library and information management strategies with AI focus.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for knowledge resources.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal/external knowledge services.
