Job summary

CSL leads a strategic global knowledge management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group. The role oversees administration, governance, budgeting, and staff development to strengthen data standards and information management initiatives, including AI-enabled strategies.

The position focuses on cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and the expansion of AI-enabled knowledge delivery models to support organizational decisions and innovation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science-related field with knowledge management experience.
• Minimum eight years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum eight years in Knowledge Management, R&D or Medical Affairs.
• Five years in people leadership in global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations of knowledge management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.
• Contribute to Data Standards and governance program through leadership roles.
• Manage resources, budgets and personnel for Global Knowledge Management team.
• Develop and implement innovative information technologies, systems, and workflows.
• Build relationships with internal and external knowledge services and libraries.
