Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a strategic operations leader to oversee Global Knowledge Management across the CSL Group. You will drive administration, governance, budget, and personnel management for the GKM team, shaping data standards, AI-driven insights, and information management programs.

You’ll manage global resources, partner with sourcing, and build lasting internal/external knowledge networks to enable informed decisions and continuous improvement in knowledge delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• MS/MLIS/MLS/PhD level education in science-related field or equivalent knowledge management background.
• Experience in knowledge management, R&D or medical affairs preferred.
• Laudable leadership experience in global organizations with cross-functional teams.
