Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, seeks a hands-on leader to establish a centralized, AI-optimized knowledge platform for Consumer Affairs.

You will define strategy, governance, workflows, and oversee creation, curation, and maintenance, providing analytics and insights to guide improvements across divisions worldwide.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Compliance, Quality & Training, this role drives knowledge initiatives and scalable processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years leading knowledge management in large-scale/global operations with multilingual environments.
• Hands-on experience scaling SaaS Knowledge Management platforms and optimizing content for AI/readiness.
• Advanced ability to design scalable taxonomies, metadata schemas, and structured content models.
• Experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global knowledge management roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Architect a scalable knowledge infrastructure with governance, quality, and lifecycle processes.
• Identify content opportunities and design workflows for creation, approval, and publishing.
• Lead change management to promote a knowledge-first mindset across divisions.
• Establish dashboards and insights to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Launch training programs and foster a culture of knowledge sharing across global teams.
