CSL Behring seeks a strategic Global Knowledge Management leader to drive operations of a world-class information management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.

You will oversee administration, governance, strategic planning, budget, and personnel management of the GKM team, manage resources and contracts, and partner with Global Sourcing to optimize data access and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• MS/MLIS/MLS/Ph.D. in science-related fields.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Knowledge Management, Research and Development or Medical Affairs.
• Five (5) years of experience in People Leadership roles in global organizations.
• Experience in Global Library Services or comparable information management responsibility.
• Data Standards and Governance experience within Life Science.
• Extensive understanding of Copyright regulations, focus on AI and API usage.
• Vendor management and contract negotiations in research databases.

• Lead strategic operations of a global knowledge management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.
• Oversee administration, organization, governance, strategic planning, budget and personnel management of the GKM team.
• Manage internal/external resources and assets, including contracts and data subscriptions.
• Partner with Global Sourcing to align policy and cost efficiency.
• Develop metrics and programs to monitor services and resource utilization.
• Foster collaboration with internal/external knowledge services and library resources.
• Lead staff across regions with coaching and mentorship to deliver high performance.
