Job summary

SHPLS seeks a Knowledge Manager to lead AI-enabled knowledge strategies across the Broadfield global enterprise. You will drive modernization of knowledge services, ensuring governance, security, and responsible AI use, while partnering with legal, business, and operational teams worldwide.

You will shape the knowledge platform roadmap, promote AI adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that improve collaboration and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field.
• Knowledge Management certification or advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered knowledge solutions.
• Champion governance, standards, and best practices for responsible AI use.
• Continuously assess legal tech and AI platforms for operational improvement.
• Partner with IT and business teams to optimize knowledge platforms.
• Support global collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption across jurisdictions.
• Lead digital transformation and scalable global processes.
• Leverage analytics to measure knowledge utilization and impact.
• Develop and deliver training on knowledge systems and AI tools.
• Manage vendor relationships for knowledge management solutions.
