Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager for Knowledge Management within the Global Consumer Affairs team. You will define and implement a centralized, AI-optimized knowledge platform to support all divisions, driving governance, content quality, and scalable workflows.

You will lead governance, taxonomy design, and change management, partnering with global teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, localization quality, and operational efficiency through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, CS or related field.
6+ years leading knowledge management in global operations.
Hands-on experience scaling SaaS KM platforms and AI readiness.
Advanced skill in designing scalable taxonomies and metadata for cross-channel search.
Experience in CPG or related regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the global knowledge management roadmap to transform how the organization captures and uses information.
Design and evolve a scalable knowledge infrastructure with governance, quality and lifecycle management.
Identify content opportunities and streamline creation, approval and publishing workflows.
