Job summary

Modaxo is a global collective of technology companies focused on People Transportation. Our businesses deliver software and solutions that connect people with the places they need to go. We operate through a decentralised, multi-brand model with local ownership and global knowledge sharing.

This is a new, high-visibility role with enterprise scope. It is designed to turn expertise across Modaxo into a reusable knowledge body.

Qualifications

Strong track record setting enterprise knowledge or content strategy and translating it into a prioritised roadmap.
Proven success influencing senior stakeholders across complex, global organisations.
Editorial experience turning complex knowledge into practical content for diverse audiences.
Experience using multiple channels and formats to build practical capability.
Ability to commission work and establish governance without needing to produce every element.

Responsibilities

Set enterprise knowledge strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities.
Build a global vs local ownership framework with clear standards.
Develop networks of content owners and subject matter experts for sourcing.
Shape pathways and experiences, connecting assets into practical journeys.
Define measures for adoption, quality and impact of knowledge content.
