Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Experience with legal or executive search support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and organize information from recruiters and notes into internal databases.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality across systems.
• Provide administrative support to the local office, including inventory and scheduling.
• Assist with research requests and document preparation as needed.
