Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name!

Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.

This role sits within the Global Consumer Affairs team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Compliance, Quality & Training, and is foundational to the functional transformation, defining and building a knowledge management strategy and program that enables our teams to scale compliantly, efficiently, and with best-in-class consumer experience across all divisions.

You will be the hands‑on leader responsible for the single most critical driver of our operational scale: establishing a centralized, AI‑optimized single source of truth for Consumer Affairs knowledge content globally. This includes defining and implementing strategy and best practices for Knowledge Management, establishing governance and workflows, configuring the tool, and overseeing creation, curation, and maintenance of the global knowledge platform. You will also provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis while defining and managing metrics to assess program impact. You will be encouraged to bring bold thinking, apply creativity, and help shape the future of knowledge and AI enabled support for Consumer Affairs across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Strategize & Execute: Define and drive the global knowledge management roadmap, aligning documentation strategy with overarching business goals to transform how the Consumer Affairs organization captures and utilizes information.

Architect the System: Design and evolve a world‑class knowledge infrastructure that ensures content is accurate, engaging, and accessible at scale. You will set the gold standard for governance, quality, and lifecycle management.

Bridge Knowledge Gaps: Proactively identify and prioritize content opportunities, designing streamlined workflows for the creation, approval, and publishing of high‑impact resources.

Lead Large-Scale Change: Orchestrate global adoption of new platforms and processes by applying structured change management to shift divisional teams toward a "knowledge-first" mindset.

Measure & Optimize: Establish a rigorous feedback loop using data‑driven dashboards and qualitative insights to continuously refine workflows, localization quality, and the measurable impact of knowledge on operational efficiency.

Champion Learning & Culture: Build a collaborative culture of sharing by launching training programs and workshops that equip global team members with the expertise needed to deliver superior consumer experiences.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.

6+ years of experience leading knowledge management within large-scale or global operations, including multi-language environments, with a track record of defining strategy and executing complex roadmaps.

Hands‑on experience implementing and scaling global SaaS Knowledge Management platforms and optimizing content for both human as well as Generative AI and conversational assistants.

Advanced skill in designing scalable taxonomies, metadata schemas, and structured content models that ensure searchability and cross‑channel consistency.

Experience with CPG, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading and driving knowledge management transformation within organizations.

Proven understanding of how to audit and structure unstructured data for both human and AI‑readiness, ensuring content is optimized for Generative AI, RAG, and conversational assistants.

Expertise in Knowledge‑Centered Service (KCS®) principles; a KCS v6 Practices Certification.

Experience working within or supporting a contact center environment, with an understanding of culture, representative workflows, case management, and multi‑channel support.

Experience working with Emplifi Knowledge.

Exceptional organization and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate technical AI and KM concepts into simple, confident narratives for diverse stakeholders.

Comfort operating in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment; you possess the grit to be a hands‑on leader while maintaining a high‑level strategic vision.

Analytical approach to KM, using BI tools and native reporting to measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
