Job summary

Festo USA is seeking a Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) to grow existing target customer business and strengthen market position. You will define long-term goals, lead customer relationships with machine builders, and identify new opportunities while achieving sales milestones.

You will form account strategies, manage cross-functional project teams, and drive international collaboration to deliver value, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication demonstrated.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; electrical engineering is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, CRM tools and MS Office.
• Minimum five years external sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mid-range account strategies in agreement with customers.
• Build and lead account and project teams for customer projects.
• Plan activities to achieve sales objectives and identify new opportunities.
• Lead international cooperation with key customers and growth initiatives.
• Influence decision makers and market Festo as the preferred automation partner.
