• Strong understanding of industrial coatings technologies, specifications, applications, and customer needs.
• Proven ability to develop market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Arxada’s Industrial Coatings, driving profitable growth and market expansion.
• Lead market segmentation, customer needs analysis, and value proposition development across applications.
• Identify trends, challenges, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities, translating insights into priorities.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Technical Service, Commercial and Supply Chain to shape innovation roadmaps.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, including campaigns and launches.
• Equip regional sales teams with tools, training, and programs to accelerate opportunity development.
• Strengthen customer engagement through conferences, seminars, webinars, and thought-leadership.
• Monitor competitive activity and segment performance; advise on portfolio investments, pricing, and growth.
