Job summary

SGB-SMIT USA, a leader in transformer technology, is seeking a Senior Global Key Account Manager in Louisville to develop and execute global strategies and manage relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers worldwide.

You will drive revenue and profitability, identify cross-selling opportunities, and coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering and service across all locations. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in global key account management and strategy development.
• Establishing VP/C-level relationships and senior stakeholder management.
• Track record in growing sales, pricing models and cross-selling.
• Negotiation experience with contracts and renewals, including compliance.
• Intercultural collaboration across multiple locations and teams.
• Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and analytics; forecasting duties.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
