Job summary

SGB-SMIT USA, a division of SGB-SMIT Group, is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and execute business plans, build relationships with key customers, and educate them on the features and benefits of our motor and pump products.

You will monitor competitor activity, adjust strategies, and attend trade shows to drive sales targets for assigned products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Nationwide background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Industrial electric motor and pump knowledge is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze and design products, machines, systems, and structures.
• Familiarity with equipment safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Complete a nationwide MVR and criminal background check.
