Qualifications

• Experience in global key account management and developing customer-specific solutions.
• Ability to establish VP/C-level contacts and manage expectations.
• Proven growth and profitability achievements in B2B settings.
• Strong negotiation on contracts and renewals.
• Experience in intercultural cooperation across locations.
• Skilled in analytics, forecasting, and CRM usage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & growth: Develop and implement a global key account strategy for long-term business development.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers worldwide.
• Revenue & profit: Achieve growth and profitability targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Contract management: Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth renewals.
• Global collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering and service across locations.
• Market & customer analysis: Monitor trends and report insights to management.
