Job summary

Monotype Imaging Inc. is seeking a Global Key Account Director (individual contributor) to drive strategic revenue growth with our largest enterprise customers.

You will manage complex negotiations and influence cross-functional initiatives spanning branding, design, marketing, and technology. You will cultivate executive-to-operations level relationships, develop territory plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in media, advertising, brands, tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving strategic sales to exceed targets.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue across a portfolio of global accounts.
• Develop territory and account plans to identify opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders across branding, marketing, product and tech teams.
• Lead negotiations and close large, multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Identify upsell opportunities through deep client relationships and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, studio, legal, finance, marketing and customer success teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Build relationships from executive to operational levels within customers.
