Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking an Executive IT Support Technician to provide dedicated, high-touch technology support to executives and their teams. This onsite role covers Windows, macOS, mobility, AV, and collaboration tools with a focus on discreet service and rapid resolution.

The position requires coordinating with cybersecurity, network, and service desk teams, and may involve after-hours support for executive events. 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, relevant technical education, or an appropriate combination of technical certifications and experience.
• Substantial professional experience supporting enterprise endpoints, mobile devices, applications, and users.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and common desktop applications.
• Experience supporting smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and mobile-device management.
• Experience using an enterprise ticketing platform such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, VIP, and designated executive-area IT support with discretion and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, networks, and collaboration tools to minimize disruption to executives.
• Maintain ownership of incidents and requests from start to resolution with clear communications.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for complex issues and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
• Support AV, video conferencing, and conference-room technology for executive meetings and events.
