Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a technically capable IT Support Technician for our onsite Lenexa, KS location. You will deliver Tier 1–3 technical support for North America, troubleshoot applications and infrastructure, and partner with Engineering and Product to drive solutions.

Strong logging, Windows, and networking skills are required. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a startup-like culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business applications in production environments.
• Experience with Windows-based systems and enterprise technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Ability to read logs and interpret errors to drive resolution.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 technical support across North America.
• Troubleshoot application, system, connectivity, and integration issues.
• Analyze logs and system behavior to reproduce and resolve incidents.
• Document findings and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Manage tickets through resolution with clear customer communication.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering or other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to address recurring problems.
• Assist with deployments, configuration changes, upgrades, and testing.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
• Monitor incidents for trends and suggest product/process improvements.
