Job summary

Perella Weinberg Partners in New York seeks a Support Team Lead to run daily IT support operations, mentor a global team, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. You will coordinate with Infrastructure, Network & Security and Platform Engineering to resolve problems and ensure service levels.

The role requires 8+ years in IT support with 2+ in a lead role, strong Windows, M365, Intune, and PowerShell skills, plus experience supporting executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT support, including 2+ in a lead or senior role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience providing white-glove support to C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hybrid AD (on-prem and Entra ID), Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Support operations and set priorities for a global team.
• Coach and mentor team members and act as escalation point.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network & Security and Platform Engineering for complex issues.
• Liaise between Support, IT leadership and global offices during tech rollouts.
• Oversee ticketing, service levels, and root-cause analysis to improve service.
• Write and maintain processes and knowledge base articles.
• Provide white-glove Level 1 and Level 2 support worldwide.
• Manage on-call rotation including after-hours and weekends.
