Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a technology support role within a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting mobile devices including iOS platforms.
• Working knowledge of networking and VoIP phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical support to attorneys and legal assistants.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and application issues.
• Document all support requests within the ITSM ticketing system.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows operating systems
