Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain workstation and laptop operational baselines.
• Provide desk-side and remote support.
• Support local assets and lifecycle management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement.
• Provide hardware support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with configuration baseline management.
• Support equipment staging and integration.
• Manage ticket queues and resolve Tier 2 issues.
• Communicate technical issues to customers.
