Job summary

Anteris Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior IT Service Delivery leader to design and own our global IT service-delivery model. You will lead the Service Desk and related resources, ensuring a superior employee technology experience and measurable improvements across incidents, changes, and support processes.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and HR to align teams, scale operations, and maintain high standards of security, compliance, and customer-centric service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, IT operations, or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years of people-management within Service Desk or IT operations.
• Strong ITSM knowledge: ITIL, service levels, metrics, and continual improvement.
• Experience managing MSPs, contractors, and blended internal/external delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Desk and related delivery resources with clear expectations.
• Define and mature a scalable global IT service-delivery model across channels and vendors.
• Own employee technology experience within Service Delivery and drive improvements.
• Establish ITSM discipline across incidents, changes, knowledge, and catalog.
• Lead major incidents and escalations through resolution and post-incident follow-up.
