Astreya is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Manager in the United States to lead diverse operations teams and manage client expectations. You will supervise onboarding, train staff, and drive service improvements while coordinating with sales for growth and with SMEs to shape product roadmaps.

You will also oversee delivery across multiple IT disciplines, ensuring deadlines, cost, and quality targets are met and that capacity aligns with future demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years’ experience or equivalent combination
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and client stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects
• Experience driving improvements in project lifecycles
• Ability to identify at-risk projects and recover
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT including help desk, networking, ticketing, AV/VC, and asset management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple concurrent work streams with strong business acumen
• Proven leadership to motivate and direct teams in a collaborative environment

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to diverse operations teams
• Report delivery metrics to customers
• Onboard and train personnel; drive service improvement activities
• Lead meetings on delivery performance, quality, and processes
• Ensure capacity plans reflect growth and project demand
• Support growth with services content for statements of work
• Define product roadmaps and translate into user stories or RFPs
• Partner with recruiting to build strong candidate pipelines
• Develop retention programs and incentives for field staff
• Lead complex projects delivering IT components on time, budget and quality
• Address problems and risks through collaborative planning
• Deliver a range of complex, high-profile IT projects
• Lead improvements in project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate at-risk projects across divisions
• Take ownership of resolving highly complex issues and risks
• Perform other duties as required
