Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in the United States to lead diverse operations teams and manage client expectations. The role requires coordinating onboarding, training, and service improvements, while driving performance analytics and capacity planning across IT services.

You will facilitate client meetings, shape delivery strategy, and work with sales and partner teams to align services with growth plans. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of related experience
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage client expectations
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Experience delivering IT projects across multiple disciplines
• Ability to translate roadmap into user stories and action plans
• Budget awareness and capacity planning capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to diverse operations teams
• Report delivery metrics to customers in a timely manner
• Onboarding, training, and improvement activities for service teams
• Lead internal and client meetings on performance and quality
• Ensure capacity planning accounts for growth and projects
• Collaborate with Business Development to support growth and SOW content
• Translate product roadmaps into actionable requirements
• Support recruiting and interview processes for strong candidates
• Maintain retention programs for field staff
• Manage large projects to meet time, cost, quality, and benefits
• Identify problems and opportunities in IT infrastructure and deployments
• Lead collaborative planning prioritizing work against capacity
• Other duties as assigned
