Blank Street, Inc. is hiring a senior leader to build the Corporate IT function from the ground up, aligning US and UK Field IT. You will drive strategy, security, identity, and endpoint governance while consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate IT, IT Operations, Security or related roles.
• Hands-on identity/access management and endpoint management (MDM).
• Experience consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors/budgets.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and geographies.
• Experience building or scaling an IT function, not just maintaining one.
• Familiarity with AI governance and policy development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define corporate IT strategy and operating model from scratch for a greenfield function.
• Partner with US Field IT and UK Field IT; set global standards and local execution.
• Establish security fundamentals: identity, access, endpoints, incident readiness.
• Lead MDM provisioning, compliance, refresh cycles, and secure configurations.
• Consolidate SaaS to reduce sprawl, manage vendors, and control cost and risk.
• Create training/onboarding playbooks; enable self-serve security hygiene.
• Oversee AI enablement, governance, and evaluation of new tools.
