Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. seeks a senior Corporate IT leader to define and scale an end-to-end IT operating model across the US and UK. You will own strategy, security fundamentals, and SaaS governance while partnering with field IT across geographies to ensure consistent standards and robust incident readiness.

You will build a greenfield function, drive vendor management, and enable teams with training and playbooks. Equity offered, plus generous leave and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate IT, IT Ops or security roles.
• Hands-on with identity/access management and endpoint management (MDM).
• Experience consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors/budgets.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and geographies.
• Experience building or scaling an IT function.
• Familiarity with AI governance and policy development is a plus.
• Retail, hospitality or multi-site consumer business background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define corporate IT strategy and operating model from scratch.
• Lead global standards with US Field IT and UK Field IT stakeholders.
• Establish security posture: identity, access, endpoints, incident readiness.
• Oversee MDM provisioning, compliance, and baseline configurations.
• Consolidate SaaS tools to reduce sprawl, control cost and risk.
• Train, enable and govern teams; develop self-serve playbooks.
• Institute AI governance: safe usage policy and tool evaluation.
