Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate IT leader to define and build a greenfield IT operating model spanning the US and UK. You will own security, identity and endpoint governance, drive SaaS consolidation, and set global standards while working with field IT teams across geographies.

The role emphasizes practical execution, cross‑functional training, and safe AI governance in a fast‑growing retail environment. This on‑site position offers strong compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate IT, IT Operations or Security roles.
• Hands-on IAM and MDM experience.
• Experience consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors.
• Experience operating across multi-site geographies (US/UK).
• Familiarity with AI governance and policy development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Corporate IT strategy and operating model across US and UK.
• Partner with field IT leads to align global standards.
• Establish security posture, identity controls and incident readiness.
• Define provisioning, compliance, and refresh cycles for endpoints.
• Lead SaaS consolidation and vendor cost controls.
• Develop training and enablement, playbooks and governance for AI.
