Job summary

Front is seeking a Director of IT, Corporate Security & Infrastructure to own the systems, identity, and security foundation globally. This leader will run global IT services, hardware asset management, endpoint engineering, and collaboration tools, while driving corporate security across SaaS, network, and incident response.

The role partners with the Exec team and cross-functional leads, balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, infrastructure, or security with 3+ years leading a team
• Hands-on depth in identity, cloud infrastructure, network, and endpoint management
• Strong experience with IAM programs and Okta
• Experience with a modern SaaS stack at a startup: Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for corporate security, including SaaS, endpoint, network, and physical security
• Lead IT operations, help desk, and world-wide employee support
• Own IAM strategy and governance, including Okta SSO and access management
• Oversee security for SaaS apps (DLP, configuration, access controls) and incident response
• Manage integration governance and vendor risk, with cross-functional collaboration
