Job summary

Blank Street in New York City is seeking a senior Corporate IT leader to define strategy, build an IT operating model from scratch for stores and offices, and own global standards. This role partners with US and UK Field IT to ensure a seamless, high-performing experience across all locations.

You will drive security, IAM, MDM, SaaS consolidation, and AI governance while scaling an IT function to support a fast-growing retail brand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate IT or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with identity/access management and endpoint management (MDM).
• Experience consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors/budgets.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and geographies.
• Experience building or scaling an IT function (greenfield preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tool governance and policy development is a plus.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or multi-site consumer businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define Corporate IT strategy and operating model from scratch.
• Partner with US Field IT and UK Field IT to align global standards.
• Lead security fundamentals: identity, access, endpoint security, incident readiness.
• Oversee MDM provisioning, compliance, and baseline configurations.
• Drive SaaS consolidation to reduce sprawl and manage vendors/budgets.
• Develop training and enablement programs for onboarding/offboarding and security hygiene.
• Establish AI governance: safe usage policies and approved tools.
