HR Empire is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Freelancer) to support international recruitment across Romania, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. You will source, engage, and screen qualified IT candidates while building a strong local market talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and offer follow-up. 2+ years IT recruitment experience and English fluency required; freelance/remote work experience is a plus. Flexible remote collaboration offered.

Qualifications

• Freelance/remote work experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified IT candidates across international markets.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers with stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline in Romania, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to internal TA team.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
