HR Empire is seeking a results-driven Freelance IT Recruiter with a strong network across the CIS region (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia and neighboring markets) to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for game development, animation, art and software engineering.

You will proactively headhunt, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver high-quality candidate dossiers to internal teams, while maintaining an active pipeline and providing timely feedback.

Formación

• 2+ years recruiting tech or creative talent across CIS, esp. game dev or software eng.
• Proven pipelines and sourcing for high-demand roles (game dev, frontend, artists).
• Native or fluent Russian; strong English for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and headhunt candidates across CIS via networks.
• Screen and assess candidates' technical fit, salary, language, availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and present dossiers to hiring team.
• Maintain candidate funnel and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
