Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an IT/Engineering-focused Professional Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for client operations across the United States. This 100% remote role also supports a hybrid schedule for the Dallas, TX area.

You will develop recruiting plans, conduct interviews, reference checks, manage candidate flow, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The position emphasizes building relationships with clients and candidates and delivering qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience in business
• Previous sales or client expansion experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct-hire placements.
• Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
• Manage consistent flow of candidates to meet production standards.
• Refer qualified candidates to clients for openings.
• Document and maintain all candidate and client information in system.
• Work with Manager to establish activity and result expectations.
