Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years in IT recruitment sourcing or resourcing.
• Understanding of common IT roles (developers, software engineers)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to support multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Able to work independently from home
• Good internet connection and home workspace
• Available to work hours aligned with Ireland team

Aufgaben

• Sourcing IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other channels.
• Understand vacancies and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, salary expectations, notice periods and availability.
• Prepare candidate summaries for consultants.
• Build and maintain talent pools across IT specialisms.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the process.
• Provide regular updates to consultants on searches.
