Job summary

D-ploy is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing international team. You will coordinate with agencies, candidates and clients, perform active and passive searches for open roles, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

The role includes onboarding/offboarding contractors and handling administrative duties in a dynamic, collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in recruitment, strong IT literacy (MS Office, LinkedIn), and business-level English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Experience within administrative field from business/corporate environment.
• Basic IT literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Criminal record extract not older than 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment with agencies, candidates and clients.
• Active & passive search for open roles.
• Fill open roles and manage simple recruitment processes.
• On-/off-boarding of contractors for previous roles.
• Administrative tasks and cross-department collaboration.
