Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an IT Project Manager in Tampa, FL to provide operation and integration support for a multinational, multi-vendor infrastructure. The role is hybrid with on-site requirements dictated by project needs and occasional remote work flexibility.

You will lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking for IT and cybersecurity projects supporting U.S. Government and international partners, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management experience in complex technical or government settings.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and export-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor IT and cybersecurity projects for government and international partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, procurement, and fielding.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Travel internationally up to 40% and ensure compliance with ITAR/FAR.
