Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager level experience (this is not a Program Manager role).
• Well-versed in Cybersecurity concepts such as Cryptography, Encryption, PKI/KMS, IAM, Cloud & Infrastructure Security, Data Security, Third-Party Risk, and Compliance.
• Strong hands-on project management skills, including the ability to "herd cats," drive actions, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving forward.
• Experience leading complex projects and navigating challenging situations.
• Must demonstrate perseverance, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and stakeholder groups.
• Be receptive to feedback and course-correct quickly when necessary.
• Comfortable handling frequent "fire drills" and evolving priorities.
• Consulting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Drive rapid project startup, planning, issue identification, and resolution.
• Coordinate with various teams, including US, India, and Portugal-based teams.
• Work closely with project leaders as they are identified by the client organization.
