Fortress in Orlando is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to guide cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high-caliber solutions that meet security standards and client needs.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong Agile expertise, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and agile tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management with ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to engage directly with technical challenges beyond coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-stakes projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle with external resources to align customer requirements with company objectives.
• Develop IT project plans with tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Proactively adjust plans to changes and manage risks to meet milestones.
• Set and manage expectations with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Act as primary contact for updates and resolve issues or concerns.
• Serve as an SME for Fortress products and advise on solutions for clients.
• Escalate and resolve complex project and technical challenges when needed.
• Build strong client relationships with consultative, solutions-oriented engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery through process improvements and alignment.
