Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT development/PM experience with project/program management.
- Deep expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies with coaching to Agile maturity.
- Proven leadership with matrixed teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global technology project portfolio and improve Agile maturity.
- Enforce portfolio management standards, transparency, and risk discipline.
- Direct multiple sub-team plans and coordinate execution across teams.
- Report progress to executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Guide Scrum Masters and promote Agile practices across services.
- Monitor KPIs, lead continuous improvement, and resolve delivery issues.
